Karderot LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, and — for printed books — shipping address and phone number. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. When you browse: basic, anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate country and the site that referred you.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used. If you join our list, we send occasional emails; every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Lulu (printing and shipping of physical books), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (file delivery). We never sell your personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
